#DITP 2019 Volunteer Appreciation Day @ Victoria Park near Picnic Shelter
Aug 10 @ 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm

15th Nonviolence Day In The Park We couldn’t put on the annual Nonviolence Day In The Park without the help from our volunteers.

We appreciate you!

Let’s get together for a potluck party! We eat, drink, share stories, talk about our successes, plan around those things which weren’t so successful, and maybe sing songs around a campfire.

Since it’s a potluck, bring something to share. Salads, appetizers, snacks, sweets, savouries, desserts, or bring beverages. For the benefit of all, please label your potluck dish if it contains nuts, wheat, eggs, dairy, or meat.

Contact us at info@wrnonviolence.org if you have any questions.

Supplemental Discussion Night at the @CivicHubWR @ Civic Hub WR
Dec 5 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Supplemental Discussion
The WR Nonviolence regular Tuesday night meetings are “plenary sessions”, where we plan upcoming events like Day In The Park or IDOPAN. Although the agenda gives 15 minutes for talking about our experiences with nonviolence during the week, we invariably exceed the 15 minutes, so we need this Supplemental Discussion night to give us the time we need to talk about nonviolence without the pressure of adhering to an agenda.

The first meeting for this Supplemental Discussion series will be the first Thursday in December, the 5th. We can decide from there what the best date for future Supplemental Discussions will be.
